Art to connect with your soul
Welcome!
I’m Caroline Millar, a mixed-media abstract artist from Scotland, living and working on the Isle of Cumbrae.
I create original art and archival-quality prints. My work is for sale and can be shipped internationally.
Any questions? Let’s talk!

‘Put yourself into your art,’ they said… ’and people will connect with it.’ So this flawed, messy, sensitive, complicated, detailed, structured, over-delivering mix of blues and greys is kinda who I am.
I’m drawn to the patina of age - to the imperfect beauty in urban and coastal environments that echo the layers of experience that make us who we are. If you love age-worn surfaces, wild seas, blousy blue hydrangeas, windswept beaches, old jeans, cobbled streets, faded velvet, moments of synchronicity, and finding meaning and connection in everyday things … well … we're probably going to hit it off!

About me
I’m a Scottish artist working in acrylic and mixed media.
I work alongside artist Stacy Phillips as part of her Recess program, and on some of her Supported Sessions and with Terri Froelich and Susan Melrath as a guest coach at some of their ARTfuel retreats.
I was previously Coaching Advisor for Art2Life, and Head Coach on the Creative Visionary Programme with Nicholas Wilton.
I have had careers in floristry, (briefly) in interior design, and as a psychotherapist, working with many people including artists, musicians, performers, and writers.
I am the creator of Indigoflow - the mindset app for artists.
I live on the Isle of Cumbrae with my husband and a very pretty, but rather annoying, cat called Scout.
My art is in collections in France, Canada, US, UK and UAE.
