Art to connect with your creative soul

Welcome!

Thank you for dropping by. I’m a mixed-media abstract artist from Scotland, living and working on the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae.

I create original art and archival-quality prints.

My work is for sale and can be shipped internationally.

Any questions? Let’s talk!

‘Put yourself into your art …

… they said. ‘And people will connect with it.’ So this flawed, messy, sensitive, complicated, detailed, structured, over-delivering mix of blues and greys with the occasional pops of hot colour is kinda who I am.

If you love age-worn surfaces, wild seas, blousy blue hydrangeas, windswept beaches, old jeans, cobbled streets, faded velvet, moments of synchronicity, and finding meaning and connection in everyday things … well … we're probably going to hit it off!

Soulful abstract artwork.

I’m drawn to the patina of age - to imperfect beauty - to textures and details in urban and coastal environments. For me, they echo the many layers of emotions and experiences that we hold within us and which make us who we are.

10 books that changed my life

They helped me on the journey from ‘frustrated creative’ to ‘happy artist’. Pop your email in the box below for your FREE downloadable guide. They could change your life too!

I also love to write.

Why not check out my blog for inspiring arty ramblings sprinkled with a wee bit of Glasgow humour?

A wee bit about me.

I’m a Scottish abstract artist working in acrylic and mixed media. I’m a member of the Abstract’d Art Collective, Coaching Advisor for Art2Life, and Head Coach on the Creative Visionary Programme with Nicholas Wilton.

I previously ran a hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy practice working with many people including artists, musicians, performers, and writers.

I live on the Isle of Cumbrae with my husband and a very pretty, but rather annoying, cat called Scout. My work is held in collections in Canada, US, UK and UAE.
